This survey is sponsored by the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The purpose of the survey is to collect information on employers’ perceptions of skill shortages in engineering and their
experience - positive or negative - in hiring or seeking to hire internationally educated engineers who immigrated to Canada.
The results of the survey will support the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers in designing programs that achieve a
better match between the skills that employers need and the skills of engineers, including those educated outside Canada.
Participants in the survey will receive a summary of the survey results at no cost.
