Industry Association Survey
This survey asks about your association’s role in occupational health and safety programs and policy. 
This survey is being conducted on behalf of the Ministry of Labour.  However, in order to encourage open and honest responses, the Ministry of Labour has asked that it be provided only with aggregate information of a general nature that is not associated with any specific individual or employer.  Therefore, no identifying information will be provided to the Ministry of Labour
The survey will take a maximum of 10 minutes.  The survey results will assist in formulating strategies that will help employers in Ontario in preventing occupational disease and injury.
